Geoffrey is a dedicated professional with a passion for helping people see and acheive the best versions of themselves. With over 15 years experience in customer and client success roles he has honed his ability to relate, understand and anticipate peoples individual needs.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his children, spending time in the gym and playing sports, which further fuels his creativity and ambition.
Geoffrey believes in the power of Well Suited Kingston and is constantly seeking opportunities for growth and connection in the Non Profit sphere. He is excited to see WSK grow and to be a part of what we are accomplishing for the Kingston, Frontenac, Lennox & Addington Communities.

Terrence Doherty
Terry (Terence) Doherty β President
Community Leader & DJ in Kingston, Ontario
Terry Doherty is a well-known figure in Kingston, Ontario, active both in the local music scene and in community development. By day, he works as a Claims Leader at Aviva Canada, where he brings leadership and professionalism to the insurance industry. Heβs also a passionate advocate for local initiatives and is one of the founding members of Well Suited Kingston, a charitable organization dedicated to helping men in need with professional clothing and support to re-enter the workforce.
Outside of his professional life, Terry is also known as DJ Terry, an energetic and engaging entertainer who performs at events across Kingston under the banner of Stage One Sound and 30 Years of Nonsense. His DJ sets, music trivia nights, and themed events have made him a staple at local venues like Loaf N Ale and other venues.
He shares his work and community engagement across social media, especially on Instagram through handles like @doherty_fam (https://www.instagram.com/doherty_fam) and @30_yon (https://www.instagram.com/30_yon), giving followers a look at both his events and behind-the-scenes setup as a DJ.
Terry blends professional leadership, community service, and creative performance to make a unique and meaningful impact in Kingston. -
Donna Forster
Director of Grants & Applications
Donna retired as Executive Director at Resolve Counselling Services Canada in 2019 and has developed a series of webinars on Grant Writing, Strategic Planning and Moral Injury, which have been offered to a variety of audiences across Ontario. She has a PhD in Rehabilitation Therapy and Master's Degrees in Social Work and Public Administration. Donna has over 15 years of experience in grant writing. Her background as a social worker, Director, and grant writer has inspired her to join the Board of Directors at Well Suited Kingston.
