Were are seeking fashion-forward and enthusiastic men that would like to assist in suiting our clients on a one-to-one basis. Well Suited Kingston is seeking members of our community to join our board of directors. For more information please contact Clint Barker, details below.
In line with the charity’s Strategic and Operational Planning guidance, Well Suited Kingston is seeking four candidates to serve on the volunteer Board of Directors; effective June 2023. The successful candidate(s) will be joining a team of 8 current board members, who, as a working board, have a specific position mandate as well as commitment to excellence in governance, in support of Well Suited Kingston’s mission, vision and core values.
Ideal Candidate: A person seeking an opportunity to support and learn the governance aspects at director level of a not-for-profit organization. Sharing the passion for “what we do”, successful candidates will be joining an inclusive and diversity aware group, and should be willing to ‘roll up their sleeves’ and make a difference in supporting the charity’s long-term direction, strategic objectives, operational focus and triple bottom line approach towards sustainability. Specifically, we are looking for 4 board members with experience to fill the following positions:
Vice Treasurer – fulfil operational aspects of fiduciary oversight
Director of Human Resources
Director of Legal/ONCA compliance
Commitment: Board Directors are elected for a two-year renewable term, attend monthly board meetings, Annual & Extra General Meetings and are united by the common aim of governing and growing Well Suited Kingston.

Host a Donation Drive
Most of the apparel we provide to our clients comes to us from other members of the community, and hosting a donation drive is a great way to support Well Suited Kingston.
Your donation drive can collect new or nearly-new suits, other business-appropriate apparel, and shoes.
